Founded in 1971, The Architectural Team is an award-winning architectural design firm specializing in designs for the residential, industrial/healthcare, commercial and hospitality markets. A mid-sized firm of approximately 45 people, The Architectural Team is based in Chelsea, Mass.
With its portfolio representing multiple sectors, The Architectural Team has gained a national reputation for design excellence and technical skill, particularly in the residential market, including apartments and condominiums, senior independent living communities, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing centers. The firm's housing portfolio includes more than 500 developments built numbering nearly 40,000 units, including more than 50 senior residential developments.

- The Metropolitan - a new 23-story mixed use/mixed-income building in Boston's Chinatown district
- Jurys Boston Hotel - a four-star luxury hotel converted from the former Boston Police Headquarters in Boston's Back Bay
- Meeting House at Stow - a new 62-unit condominium community for the senior market in Stow, MA
- The Village at Duxbury - a luxury residential community with duplex-style garden homes for the senior market in Duxbury, Mass.
