J.K. Scanlan Company, Inc. of Falmouth, Mass., has been selected to oversee and coordinate the construction of The Esplanade. Established in 1984, J.K. Scanlan has an excellent reputation for residential housing construction, with many notable projects completed throughout the region.
Examples of J.K. Scanlan's work can be seen at the Turtle Crossing Condominiums in Braintree, Mass., summer cottages for New England Development on Nantucket, apartment rental units throughout the sprawling Mashpee Commons development in Mashpee; luxury condominiums on the water's edge at Casino Wharf in Falmouth and "704 Main Street", a mixed use senior living and family housing project currently underway in Falmouth.
